"Death, Birth, Love, and What?"

Janeway couldn't believe it! They made it home! Well, thanks to her wonderful wife Seven. Seven kept working on that slip stream technology and finally after years and years of tests and frustration sex she made a break through and they had gotten home. Now all they had to do was contact Star Fleet and tell them. But how would she explain how Taryn Ann Janeway was born? Or how Seven was the 'father'? God! Mark is going to have kittens when he learns that I married Seven of Nine; Ex-Borg. And how am I going to explain to Admiral Paris about how his son was killed when Lt. Torres found him cheating on her with Harry. Then there is the whole problem with Chakotay and the Doctor. I am not even going to think about that until I am forced to...ew. I guess I'll just have to trust that Star Fleet, Mark, and the Admiral will either understand or tolerate it.

"Star Fleet this is Captain Janeway of the Starship Voyager requesting permission to land." Janeway says in her normal command voice.
"Permission granted...And welcome home." the excited voice on the other side says. Janeway hears music coming from behind the voice.
"What is that music?" Janeway asks. The voice chuckles.
"It's the new Star Fleet anthem. "Mambo number 5"! It was voted in as the new one above "I'll Be", "Summer Girls", and "Kiss Me"." The voice answers and starts to hum the new anthem.


"Ahhhhhh!" Janeway screams as she bolts upright in bed. Looking to her side she sees her wife Seven looking at her concerned.
"Did you have that dream again? The one with Mambo number 5 as the anthem and Chakotay and the Doctor in a relationship?" Seven asks. Janeway nods and smiles as their daughter walks in.
"Are you ok mommy? I heard you scream." Little Taryn Ann Janeway asks walking further into her parents room.
"Yes Tar Tar I am fine. You want to come sleep with us for the rest of the night and help daddy keep mommy form having bad dreams again?" Janeway asks. Taryn nods and climbs into bed.
"I love you mommy, daddy." Taryn says as she falls asleep between Seven and Janeway.
"We love you too." Seven says as she and Janeway fall asleep themselves.
